Tax forms are here!

We've been getting lots of calls and visitors asking about tax forms. We are happy to announce that the tax forms have arrived!

• Federal Form 1040 and Instructions: available in the library hallway. Other forms can be found at the IRS forms webpage.

• State forms 511 and 538-S (Sales Tax Refund): The state no longer provides printed forms. The library has a limited number of copies of the forms available in our hallway. We can print out instruction books or tax tables for 10 cents per page. The instruction booklet is 42 pages and we can only accept cash. You can view the instructions and find additional forms at the Oklahoma State Income Tax Forms page.
